Team Assistant/Office Manager 9am-5pm Monday to Friday Salary £18000 - £23000 Manchester City Centre My client are a national finance company based in small funky offices in Manchester city centre. They are looking for a Team Assistant and Office Manager to support their small satellite office. Having a background in Marketing or PR would be a distinct advantage. Duties will include: Support for a small team of ten on a daily basis Diary management for Directors and the office meeting rooms Typing up reports and putting together presentations for the Director Answering the phones, transferring within the office and taking detailed messages Managing the post on a daily basis Travel, accommodation and itineraries for national and international travel Arranging events, managing catering and finding locations Raising purchase orders and chasing payment Greeting clients to the office with a warm and professional welcome Processing expenses for the team Arranging lunches and drinks for team meetings Ordering all office and stationary consumables Taking minutes in internal meetings, typing and distributing Printing, filing, scanning and archiving Preparing draft correspondence, keeping and maintaining accurate records and paperwork Making sure the office is neat and tidy Looking after Petty cash Desirable Skills: Creating project plans and social media campaigns Managing social media accounts and publishing schedule (Twitter and Linkedin) Writing case studies, PR releases and Blogs Arranging and managing events In return my client offers a friendly and professional environment, 25 days holiday and a fantastic benefits package.
