After an exciting period of growth, my client a Corporate Accountancy firm based in brand new modern offices in Manchester city centre are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their operations team. The ideal candidate will be proactive and driven with the ability to take initiative and manage a heavy workload.

Duties will include:
• Managing a shared inbox of work with the team.
• Onboarding and compliance for new clients, including chasing documents and sending out letters of engagement
• Raising invoices, processing bills and sending to clients
• Chasing clients for outstanding bills
• Processing and scanning incoming post and managing outgoing post
• Dictation of letters
• Sending accounts to companies house
• Answering reception overflow and transferring calls
• Chasing clients for documentation
• Ad hoc admin duties.
