Job Description
Location: Exeter
Contract: 12-week Temp to Perm
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
Hourly Rate: £12.50
We’re on the lookout for a proactive and enthusiastic Internal Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in Exeter. This is a 12-week temp-to-perm opportunity, offering full-time hours and the chance to build a long-term career with a well-established business.
What you’ll be doing:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
- Creating and following up on customer quotations
- Processing orders accurately and efficiently
- Monitoring back orders and ensuring timely, complete deliveries
- Identifying sales opportunities to support revenue growth
- Assisting with spare parts conversion and consolidating supply chains
- Supporting the stores team as needed during staff leave
- A team player with great communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities
- Ideally some experience in manufacturing, MRO, PPE, or trade counter environments – though full training will be provided
