Pertemps are recruiting experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team at a brand-new, state-of-the-art warehouse located near Junction 15 of the M1. These roles offer long-term, stable temp-to-perm opportunities within a modern, well-equipped logistics environment.

Requirements

• Previous warehouse experience is essential.
  
  
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and commitment to long-term employment.
  
  
• Willingness to learn and progress into MHE/FLT roles.
  
  
• Flexibility to support occasional weekend work when required.
  
  
• Ability to carry out manual handling duties, including some heavy lifting.

Shifts & PayDay Shifts – Temp to Perm

• 06:00 – 14:00: £13.59 per hour
  
  
• 14:00 – 22:00: £13.99 per hour
  
  
• Overtime after 40 hours: £20.39 per hour
  
  

Role Duties

• General warehouse duties including picking, packing, and stock handling.
  
  
• Manual handling of products, including some heavy lifting.
  
  
• Loading and unloading goods as required.
  
  
• Supporting wider warehouse operations and maintaining a safe working environment.
  
  
• Safe use of warehouse equipment (full training provided).
