Warehouse Operative

We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy and well-established distribution centre in Northampton. This is a great opportunity to join a friendly team in a clean, modern warehouse environment, working with consumer electronics and technology products.

The Role as a Warehouse Operative, your duties will include:

• Packing consumer electronics and technology products
  
  
• Picking and preparing customer orders for dispatch
  
  
• Moving and handling stock safely within the warehouse
  
  
• Loading and unloading deliveries
  
  
• Carrying out manual handling duties
  
  
• Following health and safety procedures at all times
  
  
• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not essential.
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• A reliable and punctual approach to work
  
  
• Comfortable carrying out manual handling and lifting duties
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
  
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
  
  
• Available to work full-time hours
  
  

Shift Pattern

• 06:00 - 14:00 or 14:00 - 22:00
  
  
• Full-time hours
  
  
• Flexibility to work across shifts may be required to support operational requirements
  
  

Pay & Benefits

• £13.59 - £13.79 per hour - Overtime after 40 hours £20.39
