FLT Counter Balance Operatives

We are currently recruiting FLT Counterbalance Operatives to join a busy warehouse and distribution operation in Wolverton, Milton Keynes. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive team within a well-established environment offering full-time hours and regular overtime opportunities.

The Role as an FLT Counterbalance Operative, your duties will include:

• Operating a Counterbalance FLT safely and efficiently
  
  
• Loading and unloading vehicles
  
  
• Moving stock throughout the warehouse and yard areas
  
  
• Supporting goods-in and goods-out operations
  
  
• Accurately storing and retrieving stock
  
  
• Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
  
  
• Following all site health and safety procedures
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Valid and in-date Counterbalance FLT Licence
  
  
• Previous FLT Counterbalance experience
  
  
• Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Good attention to detail
  
  
• Reliable and punctual approach to work
  
  
• Flexibility to support operational requirements
  
  
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
  
  

Shift Patterns

• 06:00 - 14:00 or 08:00 - 16:00
• Monday to Friday
• Flexibility is required as occasional Saturday working may be required

• 14:00 - 22:00
• Monday to Friday
  
  

Pay Rates

• AM Shift (06:00 - 14:00 / 08:00 - 16:00): £15.23 per hour
  
  
• PM Shift (14:00 - 22:00): £15.63 per hour
  
  
• Overtime: £22.85 per hour
