Pay Rate: £12.75 per hour
Hours: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 8:30am–5:00pm
Job Type: Temporary to Permanent

About the Company
Our client is a privately owned chemical manufacturer based in Warwickshire, supplying the Film & TV, Aerospace, and Automotive sectors. They offer an exceptionally clean, safe, and well-organised working environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete tasks as detailed on job sheett
- Pick, move, and load pallets of finished products
- Accurately identify, mix, decant, and label products
- Conduct quality checks on finished goods
- Prepare completed products for despatch
- Maintain a clean and tidy workspace and equipment
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience in a production, factory, or warehouse environment essential
- Comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
- FLT Reach and Counterbalance licence preferred but not essential (training provided)
- Good numeracy skills and clear English communication
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Own transport required due to location
