Job Description

Part Time Administrator

Location: TS6 7RT 
Hourly Rate: £12.71

Working 2 days a week.  One of the days must be a Friday.  The other day could be a Mon or Thursday.  Hours are 8.15am to 3.00pm.

Duties will include:
  • Covering the main desk
    • Checking contractor inductions
    • Arranging access cards
    • Security system checks on the access system
    • Document updates such as training certificates and updating Training Matrix
    • Assisting with booking of mandatory training
    • Low level orders in SAP
Ideal candidate would need to cover extra days when the Line Manager is on holiday where possible (around 26 days).
