Job Description

Part time Maintenance Technician required for student accommodation in central Bristol – BS1
  • £15 per hour
  • 16 hours per week, split over 3 days
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday, between 9am - 5pm
About the role
  • Minor reactive repairs
  • Carrying out planned maintenance works
  • Painting and decorating
  • Health and safety checks
  • Grounds maintenance - gardening, refuse & recycling management etc
  • The installation of white goods
  • Carrying out visual PAT testing
  • Changing plugs and fuses
  • Minor plumbing tasks.
The right candidate
  • Excellent communication skills, as you will be working within residents’ living spaces
  • Confident in your ability to undertake general maintenance works, including minor electrical maintenance
