Machine Operator – Banbury

Location: Banbury
Shift Pattern: Rotating Double Day Shift

• Week 1: 6:00am – 2:00pm
  
  
• Week 2: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
  
  

Pay Rate: £13.59 per hour

Contract Type: Temp-to-Perm

We are currently recruiting for an experienced and reliable Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team in Banbury. Key Responsibilities

• Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery safely and efficiently.
  
  
• Setting up machines and making basic adjustments where required.
  
  
• Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet company standards.
  
  
• Loading materials and removing finished products from the production line.
  
  
• Reporting any machine faults or production issues promptly.
  
  
• Maintaining a clean and organised working environment.
  
  
• Following all health and safety procedures at all times.

• Previous experience operating machinery within a manufacturing or production environment.
  
  
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
