Job Description
Working for an industry leading company the successful candidate will lead multiple small works sprinkler projects from design review through commissioning, ensuring compliant, high quality installations delivered on time and within budget, based in the Birmingham/west Midlands with some UK travel.
π§ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Project delivery β Manage small works sprinkler projects end to end, maintaining programme, budget, and quality.
β’ Technical oversight β Review designs, hydraulic calculations, materials, and installation methods for compliance with BSEN:12845, FM standards, and internal guidelines.
β’ Site inspections β Verify installation quality and system performance.
β’ Stakeholder coordination β Liaise with clients, contractors, and authorities; provide updates and manage risks.
β’ Cost control β Track budgets, manage variations, and negotiate with suppliers to maintain profitability.
Experience needed:
β’ Sprinkler system expertise in installation, design, and project management.
β’ Strong knowledge of fire codes and BSEN standards.
β’ Ability to read drawings, verify hydraulic calcs, and assess system buildability.
β’ Excellent organisation, communication, and multi project management skills.
β’ Project management or construction qualification (PMP desirable).
β’ Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office.
β’ Full UK driving licence.
Package details:
