Transport Administrator to join our client’s team in
Stoke-on-Trent, supporting the smooth running of daily logistics.
Key Responsibilities of this Transport Administrator role:- Provide administrative support to the transport team
- Input and manage data using transport management systems
- Liaise with drivers and warehouse teams to ensure timely departures and arrivals
- Monitor and resolve delivery or dispatch issues
- Prepare and manage paperwork including manifests and delivery notes
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and transport regulations
Skills required for this Transport Administrator role:- Previous experience in a transport, logistics, or warehouse admin role (desirable)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Details of this Transport Administrator role:- Weekly pay at £13.14 per hour
