Assessor Health and Social Care: Children and Young persons
Qualified to assess up to Level 5 Leadership Diploma including Children's Residential settings.
As an Assessor you will help inspire learners to realise their potential as you support, offer advice, and guide them through their diploma training and assessment. You will have a direct impact on the quality of service that learners provide to the children and young adults in their care, their impact on the child's and young adults wellbeing and also their day to day development.
Working different settings within the Local Authority and External organisations in Coventry, you will work with learners that are passionate about providing exceptional customer services to deliver excellent client care on all occasions.
Delivering a professional, high quality service to our learners is essential and is underpinned by quality procedures, occupational standards and Awarding Body requirements. The successful post holder will work as the face of Coventry City Council and will be a main point of contact for many external stakeholders whilst out and about undertaking their duties.
Competency knowledge of the Childcare/Young Adult sector including residential settings
Qualified Assessor (A1 or equivalent)
IT skills - Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Office 365
Good interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to work flexible and collaboratively within and across teams
Candidates with a broader competency remit within Childcare Services and Education will be ideal in this role
