Working as an HR Advisor in a busy team, this role will be supporting an interesting range of employees and Line Managers. Predominately this role will be dealing with a variety of ER cases, mostly high volume and not too complex. The cases will include complaints, grievances and some tribunals.
Support will be available from the HR Manager allowing a good opportunity for career development.
This role is working for a fast paced multi-site organisation. It will mainly be office based but there may be some requirement to travel. A diverse company offering a fantastic opportunity to work with passionate professional experts.
• Employee Relations: You will be responsible for handling a number of cases.
• Employee and Line Manager queries: Be the first point of call for queries and try to deal with them effectively and efficiently.
• TUPE: Assist with TUPE administration and consultations, both in and out.
• Redundancies – provide support to a range of individuals and various levels.
Required Skills and Experience
Ideally you will be CIPD qualified level 5 or equivalent although qualified by experience will be considered.
You will have extensive experience of dealing with high volume ER cases, redundancy processes and some knowledge of TUPE.
