HR Change Consultant to join a well-respected public sector organisation in Wales to help shape and modernise its HR processes, policies and systems.
About this role:As an
HR Change Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of key strategic priorities across the HR function. You’ll work collaboratively across a range of areas, including:
- Reviewing and enhancing HR processes with a continuous improvement mindset
- Supporting the implementation of new HR systems
- Contributing to the development of effective wellbeing, learning & development, and talent management initiatives
- Supporting the evolution of workforce planning processes
- Promoting Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (ED&I) across the organisation
Key Skills & Experience: - (Essential) Experience working on HR change or transformation projects
- Strong knowledge across key HR areas including systems implementation, L&D, wellbeing, and workforce planning
- A track record of applying continuous improvement methodologies to HR processes
- Confidence working with stakeholders across various levels and functions
