Job Description
Location: Reading, Berkshire (100% office-based)
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm
Contract Type: Full-time, Temporary (until 31st December 2025)
Are you an organised and detail-oriented individual looking to build your experience in a busy office environment? We’re looking for an Administrator to join our Reading-based team, supporting a range of administrative tasks linked to onboarding and compliance.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills in document handling, and cross-team coordination within a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support.
- Assist with document verification and compliance checks (e.g. right-to-work and background screening).
- Maintain accurate records using internal systems and online portals.
- Liaise with internal teams to ensure smooth coordination and timely completion of tasks.
- Follow up with colleagues and external contacts to gather missing or updated information.
- Support the wider office team with day-to-day operations and data entry.
- Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to work.
- Previous experience in an office-based or customer service role is desirable.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident, self-motivated, and able to manage your own workload.
- Comfortable using computer systems and working with data.
