Video Interview Assessor - Part Time

Pertemps Managed Solutions are recruiting Video Interview Assessors to join our growing Recruitment Team based at our office located on the Basingstoke Road in Reading.
 
What is a Video Interview Assessor?  
 
At Pertemps we recruit a high volume of candidates to several roles with leading UK employers across the country.
The facilitate the high number of applications, candidates are invited to complete online assessments which include recording answers digitally.
These video interviews are reviewed and assessed by our assessment team based on key criteria set by the employer.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone with previous HR or management experience who may have previously assessed or interview, but this is not essential.
Full training will be provided but we are looking for positive individuals with excellent attention to detail.
 
We are happy to consider full time or part time applications, but candidates should be able to commit to up to 20 hours a week. – Office hours are 09:00-17:30 based in our Basingstoke Road office but will be flexible if some home working is required following successful training period.
 
This role begins week commencing 13th October, and we are offering temporary contracts which will last 3 months with a possibility of extending a further 3 months.

As a Video Interview Assessor your main responsibilities will include.


  • Screening pre-recorded candidate video interview
  • Assessing candidate answers and scoring responses based on key criteria.
  • Provide short written conclusions based on interview scoring
  • Assisting with quality control and sharing best practice.
  • Other administration duties as and when required.
  • Attending weekly team meetings
  • Candidates should have good attention to detail
  • Good understanding of Microsoft office packages
  • The ability to work to deadlines
  • Strong communicator
 
Paying £12.21 per hour
 
Our office has free on-site parking and great public transport links.
