Job Description
Customer Care Specialist
We are looking for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Reading-based recruitment office to support with incoming candidate email enquiries and the administration of the candidate complaint process.
This is a fast-moving role which requires someone with outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work with different areas of the business, resolve candidate issues and ensuring a fair and consistent process is followed.
This is a full time position, working Monday-Friday with hours between 9am-5.30pm. Although the role could offer flexibility if required.
The role is office base located at Manor Park business park Reading, with good public transport connect and on-site staff parking.
The role and responsibilities:
Overseeing incoming customer email enquiries and ensuring customers receive responses within the agreed time frame.
Resolving customer enquires and working in partnership with our recruitment team.
Providing great customer service and represent the company to the highest standards.
Using in house record system to log customer enquiries and outcomes
Logging feedback requests
Overseeing the administration of customer complaints and ensuring company policy is followed to provide a fair and balanced system for all customers.
Supporting other areas of the business as and when required with customer administration support including freedom of information and subject access requests.
What we need from you:
Excellent customer service skills, someone who can represent the organisation to the highest standard.
The ability to manage multiple workloads and remain organised under pressure.
Attention to detail is key with this role.
Good written and spoken communication skills necessary - you will need to liaise with other parts of the business regularly
Flexible and adaptable approach to work
Excellent organisation and planning skills
Strong IT skills (inc. Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook)
