Administrator – Case Management Support
Location: Perth PH2 8AT
Contract Type: Temporary (ASAP start until end of July)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Pay Rate: £12.98 per hour

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our third-party client for an Administrator to provide vital support in a fast-paced case management environment. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and a keen eye for detail to contribute to essential public service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support for Integrated Case Management 
• Liaise with internal teams and external partners to support effective service delivery.
• Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based records, including Records, ensuring full compliance with data protection regulations.
• Assist in the development of case management processes by contributing to departmental planning and continually enhancing knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
• Strong organisational and time-management skills
• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous experience in an administrative or records management role preferred
• Understanding of data protection principles desirable
