The appointed Wills, Trusts and Probate Lawyer will provide strategic and commercially focused advice on all aspects of wealth protection and inheritance planning for individuals and their families. You will be personable, engaging with your clients and facilitating the teams growth and credibility within the market. Your caseload will include Wills and protection of family wealth, inheritance tax planning, lasting powers of attorney and Court of Protection matters, probate and administration of estates and trust creation and administration.
Ideally with at least 5 years' PQE, you will develop and maintain strong client relationships and a keen interest in business development. You will preferably be STEP and SFE qualified, or if not, willing to work towards these accreditations. If you are an assiduous Private Client solicitor looking to progress your career in a tier 3 Private Client team, this is an opportunity not to miss.
