PQE: 4+ years PQE

SALARY: £Dependent on experience

OVERVIEW:
• Hybrid working available.
• Working with some of the most knowledgeable commercial lawyers, this leading law firm is looking to appoint a well rounded Commercial Lawyer into their Cambridge office.
• You will ideally have at least 4 years PQE of dealing with all types of commercial contract related matters and be looking for a firm which offers genuine prospects for career development and progression.
• You will be a driven, determined and commercially minded Solicitor or Legal Executive with a proven track record of thriving in challenging and dynamic legal environments.
• You will be advising on a broad range of commercial transactions, including agency and distributorship agreements, conditions of sale and purchase, confidentiality and exclusivity agreements, contractual joint ventures and collaborations and manufacturing and supply agreements.
• If you possess the ability to manage your own caseload and help grow the team then this is the opportunity for you.
