• This highly reputable team act for investors, developers, banks, occupiers, local authorities and charities
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 3 Years PQE gained within a leading national or regional firm.
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload of commercial property matters to include leases and agreements, secured lending and corporate support and mixed use site development matters.
• You should be able to demonstrate excellent client care skills and have an appetite for business development.
