JOB TITLE: Insolvency Solicitor
EXPERIENCE: 4 - 6 years’ PQE
LOCATION: Greater Manchester
SALARY: On application

OVERVIEW:
•Managing a diverse caseload of Insolvency matters.
•Representing clients in court proceedings, arbitration, and mediation, consistently advocating for their interests.
•Advising clients restructuring strategies and insolvency proceedings
•The appointed Solicitor will have 4 to 6 years’ PQE and experience in Restructuring & Insolvency law.
•You will be able to handle complex cases and transactions related to restructuring and insolvency.
•Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
•Competitive salary
