Commercial Property Solicitor, 6+ Years PQE, Cheltenham / Hybrid, £65,000+ (DOE) – This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of complex and rewarding matters while contributing to a culture that values collaboration, balance, and success. JOB REF: 9551.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 Years PQE
• You will have experience of handling leasehold and freehold transactions, advising on sales, purchases, and refinancing, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and working on landlord and tenant matters
• Experience of managing client relationships and building new business opportunities
• A loyal client base or the ability to build one through strong relationship skills
• Excellent communication, both with clients and within a team
• A proactive, positive attitude and a flair for business development
• Energy, enthusiasm, and the desire to continue growing your career in a collaborative setting
