RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/ LICENSED CONVEYANCER/ LEGAL EXECUTIVE
5 YEARS’+ PQE, BEDFORDSHIRE, REMOTE/ HYBRID WORKING, £50,000- £60,000 DOE PLUS BONUS

THE OPPORTUNITY:
Due to continued expansion, this busy modern firm is looking for a Solicitor with a circa 5 years’ PQE, a Licensed Conveyancer or a Legal Executive to join the team. With remote and hybrid working on offer this role offers the opportunity to undertake quality work whilst striking the ideal work/life balance.
THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Head of Conveyancing the successful candidate will manage a caseload of matters across the full spectrum of residential conveyancing to include:
Freehold,
Leasehold,
Sales,
Purchases,
Re-mortgages,
Shared Ownership Schemes,
Rights to Buy,
Transfer of Equity and
Lease extensions.
THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have:
A minimum of 5 years PQE in the relevant area of law,
Good client care skills, being able to provide professional and competent legal advice in
accordance with SRA Code of conduct,
Strong IT skills,
Effective business development skills with proven marketing strategies
You will also be responsible for supervision of your own team, with potential to grow and develop the team further.
