Private Client Solicitor – 2+ years’ PQE – London – Ref: 9889 A prestigious London-based firm is seeking a capable and client-focused Private Client Solicitor to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on a broad range of high-quality private client matters, including tax planning, trusts, and probate for UK-based and international individuals and families. The Role:
 
You will be responsible for managing a varied caseload involving:

• Estate and tax planning for high-net-worth individuals
• Drafting and administering trusts
• Probate and estate administration
• Wills and lasting powers of attorney
• Advising on inheritance tax and capital gains tax matters

 
The Ideal Candidate:
 

• Solid experience across the spectrum of private client matters, particularly tax, trusts and probate
• Able to handle complex matters with confidence and professionalism
• Excellent client care and communication skills
• Comfortable managing a busy caseload independently
• A STEP qualification (or intention to pursue it) is highly desirable
