Locum Regulatory Solicitor | 5+ Years’ PQE | London / Hybrid | £30–£38 per hourRef: 9902 We’re working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced Regulatory Solicitor to join their Professional Discipline team on a locum basis. This is a great interim opportunity while the team recruits for a permanent hire.
The Role: What to Expect- Provide advice and representation to professionals navigating regulatory investigations or disciplinary proceedings
- Manage a broad caseload involving healthcare-related regulation and professional conduct issues
- Draft legal documents, communicate with stakeholders, and provide practical, accurate legal advice
- Opportunity to advocate at hearings and meetings throughout the regulatory process, if that aligns with your strengths and interests
What We’re Looking For:- A qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years' experience in regulatory or professional discipline law
- Experience within the healthcare regulatory space is highly desirable
- Open to applications from foreign-qualified solicitors with demonstrable UK experience
- A solid understanding of relevant legal frameworks and governing bodies in healthcare
- Strong communication skills and the ability to produce clear, focused legal documentation
What’s on Offer:- Hourly rate: £30–£38 per hour, depending on experience
- Hybrid working model – typically 2 days per week in the London office
