Employment Solicitor, 2-5 Years PQE, Buckinghamshire, £Competitive - This Legal 500 firm is looking for an Employment Solicitor with 2- 5 years’ PQE to join its highly reputable Employment team. JOB REF: 0221.

• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with between 2-5 Years PQE
• You will have experience of both respondent and claimant matters and managed a mixed caseload of non- contentious and contentious work
• You will be responsible for a broad range of employment law matters including contracts of employment, policies & procedures, disciplinary and grievance issues, redundancy and restructures and discrimination, TUPE, and whistleblowing cases
• It is essential that you have exceptional communications skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• You will join a collaborative, friendly, and ambitious team
