•You will manage all stages of litigation, from the initial instructions to court hearings and post-judgment issues, while advising clients on costs, funding options, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
•The appointed solicitor will have over 5 years PQE specialising in dispute resolution and related litigation, with strong experience in commercial and property litigation, including shareholder and corporate disputes.
•You will be highly skilled in client management and communication, proactive and organised, with a thorough understanding of Civil Procedure Rules, committed to continuous professional development and effective delegation.
