OVERVIEW:
•Responsibilities include managing a caseload of commercial sales, purchases, leases and development work across a range of sectors
•You will offer advice to clients on various commercial property matters
•The firm is seeking qualified solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property
•The appointed solicitor will have a pro-active approach with the capability to prioritise and manage a busy caseload effectively
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
