THE ROLE:
The firm is seeking an experienced and confident lawyer to join its specialist Private Client team. In this role, you will oversee a complex and varied caseload, advising a diverse portfolio of high-net-worth clients on all aspects of wealth protection and management. Your work will encompass estate planning and administration, inheritance tax matters, and lifetime planning - including lasting powers of attorney and court of protection applications. You will also collaborate closely with the firm’s dedicated trusts team, assisting clients with the creation and administration of trusts to ensure their assets are structured and protected.

THE CANDIDATE:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ PQE, with strong technical expertise and confidence managing an independent caseload of private client matters with minimal supervision. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with a collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with colleagues across different teams. STEP or SFE qualification is highly advantageous.
