Private Client Lawyer

Private Client Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Gloucestershire, £50,000+ (DOE) - This role offers the opportunity to handle high-quality private client work within a supportive and forward-thinking firm. JOB REF:2500

THE ROLE:
• You will manage a varied and rewarding caseload of private client matters, working with a diverse client base and providing clear, practical advice with a strong focus on client care.
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, Probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Trusts
• Advising clients on estate planning and wealth protection matters
• Drafting legal documentation with accuracy and attention to detail
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
• Supervising or mentoring junior team members where appropriate
• Contributing to business development and the ongoing growth of the department

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Qualified Solicitor with 5+ years PQE in Private Client law
• Strong technical experience in Wills and Probate
• Trust experience preferred, but not essential
• Ability to explain complex legal matters clearly to clients
• Confident, professional, and client-focused approach
• Excellent drafting, communication, and organisational skills
• Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a team environment
