PRIVATE CLIENT SOLICITOR 5+ PQE, WEST MIDLANDS, UP TO 55,000 (DOE). An exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced Private Client Solicitor to join a progressive, well-established firm in a Head of Department capacity. The appointed Private Client Solicitor will oversee a diverse private client caseload and handling wide-ranging and complex matters, including high-net-worth clients.
• A minimum of 5 years’ PQE in private client law, with proven experience managing a broad and complex caseload, including high-net-worth matters.
• Manage a varied workload encompassing Wills, LPAs, Trusts, tax advice and Probate, ensuring matters are progressed efficiently and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Head of department opportunity, requiring prior experience managing fee earners and support staff, setting team objectives and overseeing performance.
• Take the lead in developing and growing the private client department, shaping its strategic direction, mentoring team members and delivering an exceptional client service.
