Family Locum

Family Locum | Hampshire | Office Based | £competitive | Job Ref: 215302563

We are working with a well-established Hampshire-based firm who are seeking a qualified Solicitor to act as a Family Locum, providing cover for one of the partners during periods of annual leave.

Initial Assignment
• 16th February for 3 days
• Potential for further assignments when the partner is on holiday in the future

The Role
• Covering for one of the partners (Head of Department)
• General family law caseload, including some children work
• Matters include a broad range of matrimonial work
• The firm usually works with a regular locum; however, their previous locum has now retired

Support & Systems
• Full, highly experienced secretarial support available (able to cover to a certain degree)
• CMS: Unity
• Largely paper-based, traditional practice
• Fully office-based role

Requirements
• Must be a qualified Solicitor
• Strong experience in family and matrimonial law
• Comfortable working in a traditional office environment
