Job Description

COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 6 + PQE, LONDON, UP TO £80,000. A well regarded firm is looking for a commercially minded solicitor with substantial experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial matters. JOB REF: 3402

•The role covers a wide range of responsibilities, including commercial acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations, and landlord and tenant matters. You will also work on development projects, refinancing, option agreements, and overage arrangements.

•The appointed solicitor will handle conditional contracts, asset and share sales and purchases, shareholder agreements, articles of association, and other commercial contracts

•The firm are looking for candidates who are commercially minded solicitors with extensive experience in both commercial property and corporate commercial work.

•The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven experience managing complex transactions efficiently, while being commercially aware, client focused, and committed to delivering practical solutions that achieve business objectives.

•On offer is a competitive salary of around £80,000, depending on experience, with a clear route to partnership.
