Job Description
Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (Professional Support Lawyer). Kent/ hybrid, 7+ PQE, circa £60,000 - £80,000 DOE. The firm is looking to recruit an experienced Professional Support Lawyer to join its Corporate & Commercial team. The role offers flexible, hybrid working, with an initial expectation of three office days per week during probation, decreasing to two days thereafter. THE ROLE:
The appointed lawyer will be a key contributor to the development and upkeep of the department’s knowledge base, ensuring that lawyers have access to current legal updates and market intelligence. In addition, you will assist with training programs, client facing knowledge projects, and marketing efforts, supporting the successful execution of the department’s overall business strategy.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are open to qualified lawyer with 7+ years’ PQE in Corporate & Commercial and/or Banking & Finance law. The appointed candidate will be experienced in drafting legal documents with excellent organisational and the ability to prioritise. You will be an effective communicator who works well independently and, in a team, with experience in coaching and mentoring. Commercially aware with a solid grasp of market practice.
