THE ROLE:
You will take ownership of a varied and engaging commercial caseload, acting for an impressive client base that includes start-ups, charities, SMEs, UK subsidiaries of multinational corporations, and a range of other domestic private sector businesses. This position offers genuine long-term progression and support, with clear scope to take on greater responsibility, build specialist areas of expertise, and play an influential role in shaping the future direction of the department.

The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years’ PQE, with experience ideally gained within a commercial law firm or an in-house environment. You will be driven, commercially minded, and confident managing your own caseload within a fast-paced, dynamic setting. Strong interpersonal skills are essential, combined with a proven ability to build lasting, trusted relationships with both clients and colleagues.
THE FIRM:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-respected firm with a strong reputation for delivering a broad range of legal services to commercial clients. In return, the firm offers a comprehensive benefits package, including flexible annual leave, a pension scheme, life assurance, a medical cash plan, access to a discount portal, and a variety of wellbeing resources and support.
