Job Description
Residential Conveyancer, 1+ Years PQE, West Midlands, up to £50,000 (DOE) – A new role for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF: 3639.
• Applications are sought from Residential Property Solicitors, Legal Executives or Licensed Conveyancers with a minimum of 2 Years PQE.
• You will handle a variety of conveyancing matters, advising a diverse client base on complex and challenging situations.
• You will have excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations, along with the ability to manage cases in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
• You must have demonstrable experience managing and overseeing your own caseload. You will be responsible for freehold and leasehold matters, as well as shared ownership transactions. You should be commercially astute, understanding, and capable of generating fees in line with agreed targets.
• You will also develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering legal advice and support throughout the entire conveyancing process.
• You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
