COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR:
A new opportunity has arisen for a senior Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-established and highly regarded team based in Bedfordshire. This opportunity is perfect for a commercially minded solicitor looking for a senior position within a supportive and collaborative environment, handling a high-quality and varied caseload. You will play a key role, advising a broad client base including landlords, tenants, developers and investors. Handle a diverse caseload including high-value commercial lettings, lease negotiations, renewals and variations, ongoing asset management work for commercial property portfolios, sales and acquisitions, property finance and refinancing. Providing clear, commercially focused advice, building and maintaining strong client relationships and mentoring of junior team members.
