JOB TITLE: Property Litigation Solicitor (Housing Focus)
PQE: NQ-4 years PQE
LOCATION: Cambridge
SALARY: £Market Rate

OVERVIEW:
• Join a well‑established and respected Property Litigation team.
• Act for a broad client base including landlords, tenants, housing providers and organisations.
• Handle a varied caseload covering:
o Adverse possession claims
o Restrictive covenant disputes
o Dilapidations
o Property condition disputes
o Mixed‑use and residential property litigation
o Provide advice to colleagues on complex residential property issues arising in transactional matters.
• Work within a team with a strong focus on housing management, occupation and use of residential property.
• Applications welcomed from NQ solicitors up to 4 years’ PQE.
• Experience in housing management and residential landlord & tenant matters is essential.
• Ability to manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision.
• Strong grounding in property disputes and a proactive, solutions‑driven approach
• Confident communicator with the ability to work collaboratively within a supportive team.
