JOB TITLE: Family Paralegal                 
PQE REQUIRED: 1+        
LOCATION: Greater Manchester                
SALARY: Up to £30,000 DOE                   

THE ROLE:
This opportunity will see you joining a friendly and supportive public law team where you will provide assistance across a broad range of duties including arranging appointments and meetings, handling telephone enquiries, maintaining diaries, database management, preparing court bundles and liaising with clients and outside agencies. The successful candidate will benefit from ongoing training, guidance and support together with genuine opportunities for progression within the department.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be an experienced Paralegal with a background in family law and the ability to thrive within a busy and fast paced department. Applications are welcomed from candidates with strong organisational and communication skills who are confident managing diaries, liaising with clients and external agencies, preparing bundles and supporting fee earners across a varied workload. You should be able to work independently, use your own initiative and demonstrate excellent client care skills alongside a strong attention to detail. Experience using CCMS would be advantageous but is not essential. Due to the nature of the role, access to your own vehicle is essential as some travel to courts, meetings and other offices may be required.
