COMMERCIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 6+ YEARS PQE, SURREY, £65,000 + (DOE). Are you an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? JOB REF:3947
•This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced lawyer to play a pivotal role in the continued growth and success of the department, advising a diverse client base while mentoring junior team members within a collaborative and high performing environment.
•Advise property developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and financial institutions on clear, pragmatic, and commercially focused solutions while contributing to departmental leadership, business development, and firm-wide initiatives.
•Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with a minimum of 6 years’ PQE, alongside proven experience supervising and mentoring junior team members, excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
