Job Description
Operations Manager, Cardiff, £50,000+ (DOE) – We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to join a highly regarded Military Department. You will join an expert legal team dedicated to supporting service personnel and veterans. JOB REF:4024.
THE ROLE:
• This is a unique opportunity to work in a highly purposeful, fast-paced environment where operational excellence directly supports life-changing legal work across the UK.
• You will ensure that the firm’s legal teams are fully supported, well-coordinated and able to deliver consistently high-quality outcomes for clients.
• You will be responsible for producing and interpreting management information to support decision-making, monitoring workload distribution and supporting resource planning and supporting onboarding, training and development across the department
• Acting as a key link between legal teams and business support functions such as HR, IT and Finance
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Previous experience in an operations, practice management or team management role is essential
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities
• Experience supporting team performance, engagement and development initiatives
