Residential Conveyancing Solicitor / Legal Executive | NQ + | Herefordshire | Full-Time or Part-Time | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary
The Opportunity
A well-established and respected law firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its thriving and growing property team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident conveyancer looking to take ownership of a busy caseload within a firm offering strong long-term career prospects.
The Role
You will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters, including:
• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Development acquisitions and disposals
• Re-sales
• Title investigation and associated matters
Your responsibilities will include:
• Drafting and negotiating contracts and leases
• Handling SDLT submissions, including reliefs
• Investigating and resolving title issues
• Managing restrictive covenant variations and releases
• Running matters independently from instruction through to completion
• Delivering a consistently high standard of client care
About You
• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with solid residential conveyancing experience
• Strong technical expertise, particularly in development work (desirable)
• Confident managing a full caseload independently
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and organisational skills
• Commercially aware with a proactive, client-focused approach
• Able to manage competing priorities effectively in a fast-paced environment
