Private Client Solicitor | 2+ PQE | Bristol | Hybrid Working | Competitive Salary (DOE)
The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing Private Wealth team at a pivotal stage of its development. The role offers significant flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a visible and meaningful part in shaping the future of the practice.
The Role
You will manage your own caseload of private client matters while actively contributing to the continued growth of the Private Wealth offering. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building strong client relationships and wants to be part of an evolving and ambitious team.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling a broad range of Private Client matters, including:
o Wills and estate planning
o Probate and estate administration
o Trusts and inheritance tax planning
o Lasting Powers of Attorney
o Ongoing private wealth advisory work
• Playing an active role in the growth of the team through business development and networking
Business Development & Networking
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and referrers
• Attending networking and business development events
• Contributing to the profile and growth of the Private Wealth team
• Supporting the development of new workstreams and opportunities
About You
• Qualified Solicitor with 2+ years’ PQE in Private Client work
• Confident managing a caseload independently
• Commercially aware with a proactive mindset
• Enjoys business development and client interaction
• Comfortable working in a hybrid/remote environment while remaining engaged with the team
• Motivated by growth, opportunity, and progression
