Job Description
Commercial Property Solicitor, 3-6 Years PQE, Salisbury, £60,000+ (DOE) – This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-value, complex transactions for private clients, with a particular focus on substantial rural estates, businesses and development projects. You'll be given genuine responsibility from day one, managing transactions and client relationships while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team. JOB REF:4110.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied caseload to include sales and acquisitions of substantial rural properties and businesses, commercial lettings and landlord and tenant matters and development projects and strategic land transactions and joint ventures and other complex transactional structures
• Managing your own transactions from instruction through to completion
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships
• Providing commercially focused, practical legal advice on complex transactions
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with between 3-6 Years PQE.
• You will be confident managing matters independently, have excellent client care skills, and enjoy working as part of a supportive and ambitious team.
• Experience of rural property, landed estates or development work would be advantageous, although candidates with strong general commercial property experience are also encouraged to apply.
