LITIGATION SOLICITOR:
An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join an established and highly respected law firm to deal with a varied caseload of litigation matters. You will be managing your own caseload of litigation-related matters and be able to hit the ground running with your own cases and possess the drive and ambition to further build a litigation department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors will have the ability to handle a broad range of disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, employment, contentious probate and commercial disputes. You will have at least 5 years PQE in advising across the broad spectrum of litigation matters and be ambitious as well as keen to help develop a department. Ideal Litigation Solicitors be able to manage your own caseload of matters independently. You will be professional, proactive and client-focused and be able to work confidently with other practice areas.
