Private Client Solicitor, 1–2 Years PQE, Milton Keynes, £Competitive (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experience Private Client Solicitor to join a friendly and supportive team. JOB REF:4261.
THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for a varied private client caseload to include Wills, probate and estate administration, Lasting Powers of Attorney, Trusts and estate planning and tax and succession planning.
• Advising high-net-worth individuals, including matters involving repatriation and cross-border estate considerations
• Working closely with experienced partners, you will gain exposure to high-quality work while being supported in your continued professional development.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with between 1-2 Years PQE.
• Experience managing a varied private client caseload
• It is essential that you have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
• STEP qualification or progress toward STEP would be advantageous but is not essential.
