Property Litigation Solicitor, 3+ Years PQE, Newcastle, up to £80,000 + Excellent Benefits (DOE) – Are you a Property Litigation Solicitor looking to take the next step in your career with a respected Legal 500 practice? This is an excellent opportunity to join a thriving disputes team that is recognised for delivering practical, commercially focused advice to a diverse client base. JOB REF:4368.
THE ROLE:
• This growing firm is seeking an experienced solicitor to handle a varied caseload of contentious property matters while working alongside highly regarded specialists in a supportive and collaborative environment.
• You will advise commercial clients, developers, landlords, landowners and private individuals on a wide range of complex property disputes, with genuine opportunities to develop your expertise and progress your career.
• You will enjoy significant client contact, managing your own files from instruction through to resolution while working closely with colleagues across the wider property and litigation teams.
• The role also offers the opportunity to become involved in networking, business development and helping to strengthen the firm's growing presence in the market.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• At least 3 years' PQE with solid experience in property litigation.
• Strong technical knowledge and a commercial approach to problem solving.
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills.
• The ability to manage a busy and varied caseload independently.
• A proactive attitude towards business development and building professional networks.
• A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively within a team.
