OVERVIEW:
This is an excellent opportunity to join a long-established and highly regarded Planning team, recognised for delivering expert advice across a wide range of planning matters. You will manage a varied caseload, advising both private and public sector clients on all aspects of planning law, including strategic planning advice, planning applications, planning agreements and obligations, planning appeals, public inquiries and enforcement matters. Working alongside experienced colleagues, you will provide commercially focused advice to a high-quality client base. Applications are welcomed from Planning Solicitors with between 1 and 6 years' PQE gained within a respected planning practice. The successful candidate will possess strong technical knowledge, excellent drafting and communication skills, a keen eye for detail and the commercial awareness to deliver practical legal advice.
